Team MediaPortal has released MediaPortal 1.1.0 RC5 which they hope to be the final release candidate of MediaPortal 1.1.0. If no new, major issues are found the final version will be released in the upcoming weeks.
Here it is, the last Release Candidate for 1.1.0!
RC5 focuses on the last remaining, showstopper issues. If no new showstoppers are found in this release, then MediaPortal 1.1.0 final will follow in a few weeks.
Important changes since 1.1.0 RC4:
- [fixed] 0002936: MPC-HC subtitle engine is not working with MPC splitters
- [fixed] 0002919: Timeshift repeating on channel change
- [fixed] 0002940: Starting/stopping a current program recording gives an exception
- [fixed] 0002920: Scheduled recording could be inerrupted by epggrabber
- [fixed] 0002948: bug in MediaInfo.dll causes playback of ATSC recordings to fail
- Skin Designers should review the list of Skin Changes since 1.0.1 – while Plugin Developers should take a look at the newly created Code Changes page.
- There were some changes done since the last stable release which require Extensions (Skins and Plugins) to update, to be fully 1.1.0 RC5 compatible.
